chief justice of Pakistan has taken suo moto actions on many issues. But this procedure of taking suo moto actions arises many questions upon impartiality of honourable chief justice of Pakistan. During the regime of Pakistan People Party he took suo moto action against Prime Minister Yousuf Raza Gillani as he was not ready to write letter to Swiss court regarding President zardari money in Swiss banks but he denied to do that and in punishment of contempt to court he had to leave his prime minister-ship. And when second prime minister of PPP named Raja pervaiz ashraf came. Chief justice also tried to induce him in the regard of writing a letter to Swiss court. And also Raja pervaiz ashraf has to face the trial initiated by chief justice.
But on the other hand, the same justice can not see the corruption made in sasti rooti programme, commissions made by minister in shahbaz shrief youth lap top programmes and billions of rupees in metro bus system. Also why this chief justice can not see the rigging in recent general elections and why don't he take the suo motto action of his huge drama in which many people of the Pakistani nation are on the roads.
By watching this whole scenario it can be clearly chief justice have soft corner somewhere for PML(N)....
